Manual harvest with careful selection in the field. Each variety is made separately but following the same
guidelines: partial destemming and crushing prior to vatting with cold pre-maceration. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts accompanied by daily pigeages. FML and aging in Austrian oak foudres for 6 months. The separate wines are then blended before bottling.
The temptation of Garnatxa and the power of Syrah blend together to create an excellent wine brimming with ripe dark fruits such as blackberries and plums. Balanced, harmonious and well-concentrated in the mouth with a pleasant texture. All in all, a juicy and delectable wine.

Clotxa, a traditional dish from the Terra Alta region. A small round loaf of bread split open and stuffed with sardines, garlic, onion and roasted tomatoes.
