100% malolactic fermentation. 70% in oak barrels, 30% in stainless steel vats, for 12 months then 4 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees.
Intense and shiny golden color. Nose of fresh butter, thousand-flower honey, white pepper and lemonade. The palate, still under the influence of the barrel, is nevertheless rich, captivating and lingers for a long time. A subtle combination between the minerality of the terroir and the maturity of the grape.
