This Pinot Noir from Burgundy provides immediate pleasure.
Whole bunches, then cold prefermentation (8º) for 5 days followed by a maceration for 8 days between 20 and 24 degrees. Maturating for 15 months in new oak barrels.
Low-medium layer. Bright reddish color with violet trim. On the nose, notes of strawberries, cherries, plums and a light touch of licorice appear. Very fresh and pleasant entry, highlighting the fruit flavor. Very soft tannins and texture.
